had a lovely stay in cadiz. plaza de espana building exceeded expectations. great location in the heart of the old town, walking distance to everything. comfortable and stylish apartment with all necessary amenities. easy check-in process. highly recommend for a quick stop in cadiz.

The apartment was the best base for exploring Cadiz’s popular places. The staff was amicable and friendly. It was marvelously close to everything in the city. The location was fantastic, being so close to the city center and the old town.

In our opinion, it’s an excellent place for travelling to Cadiz. The apartment has great and good short walk to Cadiz, the centre and the old town. In fact, the property is situated close to everything. Staff are amiable, they are doing nice job. Really enjoyed views towards inner courtyard and hypoallergenic pillows offered by the venue.

the Plaza De Espana Building had clear instructions for check-in, and the communication was excellent. the apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and necessary kitchen amenities. I especially loved the exposed brick throughout and the small balcony with a street view. the rooftop terrace was also a great bonus for drying clothes. The proximity to shopping, restaurants, cafes, and the beach made the location perfect for exploring. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😞.

I recently stayed at Plaza De Espana Building for a weekend getaway. The apartment was great, clean, and comfortable, with a full kitchen and comfortable beds. The value for money was excellent, and I especially appreciated the espresso machine. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything in the center. The cleaning lady was incredibly nice and helpful. Contrary to some reviews, the wifi worked perfectly, and the street was generally quiet. I had a good stay and would recommend it.

The room had all the facilities I needed and the lovely, cosy setting was just a short walk from the old town, the center, and transportation. The staff was very helpful and the atmosphere was quiet.

The apartment looked even better in person than in the photos, with stylish and modern decor. the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. Plus, it offered great value for money considering the quality of the apartment.

The Wi-Fi was almost non-existent during our stay, which was a real inconvenience. the apartment could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness, as the floors were dirty and there was a strange smell.

Early check-in was possible, which was much appreciated.
